C&rsquo;est une recette de famille qui \u00e9tait le dessert favori de son mari et que sa s\u0153ur pr\u00e9parait \u00e9galement (avec des variantes).<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, chaque fois que ses petits enfants (au sens large du terme&#8230;) se r\u00e9unissent autour d&rsquo;elle, elle leur pr\u00e9pare son dessert sp\u00e9cial pour le plaisir de chacun, y compris des voisins gourmands&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes : <\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>8 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de lait entier (de ferme, c&rsquo;est mieux&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>250 g de sucre (canne blond par exemple)<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9e (ou gousses de vanille)<\/li>\n<li>Du caramel liquide (en petite bouteille ou \u00e0 faire soi m\u00eame)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Mat\u00e9riel :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 plat rectangulaire \u00e0 bords hauts allant au four<\/li>\n<li>1 casserole<\/li>\n<li>1 saladier<\/li>\n<li>1 fouet<\/li>\n<li>1 verre doseur<\/li>\n<li>1 ramequin<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le
