cherchait \u00e0 diversifier des pr\u00e9sentations du melon, en entr\u00e9e ou en ap\u00e9ro.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cette recette, id\u00e9ale en \u00e9t\u00e9, ne n\u00e9cessite pas plus d&rsquo;un 1\/4 d&rsquo;heure de pr\u00e9paration pour un r\u00e9sultat qui enchantera vos papilles et vos invit\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><b>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 personnes :<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img pamplemousse<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9co : feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche, framboises, groseilles, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mat\u00e9riel :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emporte-pi\u00e8ce ou bol en plastic ou boite de camembert<\/li>\n<li>1 chinois ou un \u00e9gouttoir<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 billes (cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 pommes parisiennes)<\/li>\n<li>une cuill\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>un petit saladier<\/li>\n<li>un couteau (bien aff\u00fbt\u00e9&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>1 jolie assiette par personne (pas en carton pour le jus&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Couper le melon en quartiers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9server un quartier pour la d\u00e9co finale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9vider le centre du melon (p\u00e9pins et pulpe) et le verser dans\u00a0 un chinois (ou \u00e9gouttoir) pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus de la pulpe (mettre un saladier en dessous&#8230;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" chiffonn\u00e9s afin de donner du relief.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention : si utilisation d&rsquo;un bol, monter la recette \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers en commen\u00e7ant par le jambon puis le melon,
