<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 grosses aubergines<\/li>\n<li>6\u00a0pommes de terre<\/li>\n<li>500 g de viande hach\u00e9e (par exemple 300 gr de b\u0153uf + 200 gr d&rsquo;agneau)<\/li>\n<li>5 tomates<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 litre de coulis de tomate<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0oignon<\/li>\n<li>de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>une petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0cannelle<\/li>\n<li>une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/li>\n<li>sel,\u00a0poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la\u00a0b\u00e9chamel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res faitout<\/li>\n<li>2 po\u00eales<\/li>\n<li>1 casserole<\/li>\n<li>De quoi d\u00e9couper les pommes de terres en rondelles fines (mandoline, r\u00e2pe adapt\u00e9e ou robot)<\/li>\n<li>fouet;
